动物经历了亿万年的演化，形成了我们今天所熟知的多样化动物群体。从起源于水中的原始生物，到陆地上爬行动物、鸟类和哺乳动物的出现，动物们适应生存环境进化出了很多神奇的构造与习性。比如企鹅虽不具飞行能力但不对称的骨骼结构让它们游泳得更快，能更好的躲避捕食者的追捕。区别于一般动物用气味或是叫声传递信息，蜜蜂会用“跳舞”的方式来向同伴传达食物的位置。人类与动物的关系就也在变化着，从最开始的捕食关系，到如今的驯养与保护。本周英语角，就让我们一起来探讨有关动物的话题。

Animals have evolved over billions of years to form its diversity. From primitive waterlife to the emergence of reptiles, birds and mammals, animals have amazingly adapted themselves to the changing environment by modifying their bone structures and living habits. Penguins, for example, though can’t fly, is able to swim faster with their asymmetrical skeletal structure and thus more efficiently avoid predators. Similarly, unlike animals that use scents or calls to transmit information, bees has developed its own way—dancing—to communicate with companions. Considering the dynamic relationship between human beings and animals, vocabulary could be predation, domestication and protection in a chronological order.
